  • When will my order be shipped?

    Once the order is received in our warehouse (generally same day you place your order), we expect it to ship by the next business day.


    What if my purchase is defective?

    If the defect is the manufacturer's error, return it in it's original packaging within 30 days.

    Please remember to contact our office first to obtain a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION #".  This authorization is necessary for the merchandise to be accepted at the warehouse.


    What if I'm dissatisfied with my purchase?

    Pictures and floorplan are available for you to view before you buy; however, if you are still unsatisfied, you can return in within 30 days (in it's original packaging), and we will glad refund your order less 15% restocking fee. 


    Can I request EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT shipping?

    Absolutely!  To be sure we charge the lowest possible pricing for EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT shipping, please contact us and we'll respond same day!
