The following terms relate to items displayed in this site alone. For policies of the sites accessed through the links, please be sure to check out their policies.

Once your payment is received, orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days via UPS ground transportation. Transit time is usually 1-6 days depending on your location. If you require faster shipping, please contact us for the most up-to-date shipping costs and transit time.

If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, please make note of our return policies.

Returns within the first 30 days are only accepted if the merchandise has some manufacturer's defect and is in it's original packaging. For any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee. No returns can be accepted without the original packing.

Buyers wishing to return merchandise to us must first e-mail OR call our office to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled in a timely matter.

Warranty Term:
3 years from the date of purchase

What is covered:
Warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

What Is Not Covered:
Shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultraviolet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse or improper care.
